LFC Programs

Humanity-centered experiences for adults coming together in service of children

LFC’s programs bring the Humanity-Centered Approach to life through facilitated experiences and longer-term partnerships. These experiences support adults in learning with and from one another, strengthening relationships, shared language, and collective leadership in service of children.

Ways to Engage with LFC

People engage with Leading for Children in different ways, and we invite you to explore what works best for you. Some people begin individually, joining a broader community focused on humanity-centered leadership and reflection. Groups engage by inviting LFC to partner with their organization or community through facilitated programs rooted in mutual learning.

All engagement is grounded in LFC’s commitment to dignity, curiosity, and connection. Whether you are exploring on your own or alongside others, LFC creates spaces for reflection and shared learning that deepen how adults show up for children and in their communities.

How to Engage with LFC

For Groups and Organizations

LFC partners with communities, organizations, and systems that invite us to work alongside the adults in their communities through facilitated, humanity-centered experiences. This work supports people across roles—families, educators, leaders, and community members—in coming together with greater trust, coherence, and shared purpose in service of children.

Organizations often engage LFC when they are navigating complexity, change, or fatigue, and are seeking ways to reconnect people to one another and to a shared sense of purpose. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, LFC creates space for adults to reflect, listen deeply, and learn with and from one another.

Groups and organizations may engage LFC through a range of facilitated experiences, including:

  • Introductory workshops
  • Keynotes and talks
  • Book study groups
  • Learning networks
  • Leadership coaching
  • Strategic partnerships

Each engagement is co-designed within the partnership and reflects the context, goals, and people involved.
