Partner With Us
Co-designing humanity-centered experiences for adults who shape children’s lives
Partnering with Leading for Children begins with relationship. We work with organizations, communities, and systems that invite us to join them in designing humanity-centered experiences for the adults who impact the lives of young children.
How Partnership with LFC Works
Partnership with Leading for Children begins with listening. We work with organizations, communities, and systems that invite us to join them in designing humanity-centered experiences for the adults who impact the lives of young children.
Rather than offering pre-designed programs, LFC partners through co-design. Together, we create humanity-centered experiences that reflect local priorities and honor the knowledge and experience adults already bring. Learning unfolds through dialogue, reflection, and shared responsibility—supporting adults in leading together with dignity and purpose.
Partnership
NOun[pahrt-ner-ship] / ˈpɑrt nərˌʃɪp /
We see partnership as a shared responsibility, shaped together over time
Is LFC a Good Fit for You?
Organizations and communities often reach out to LFC when they sense that something important is missing—not more information, but stronger relationships, shared language, or space to reflect together. Sometimes this shows up as fatigue, disconnection, or a feeling that the work has become harder than it should be.
Partners are often navigating questions such as:
- How do we support adult well-being and agency amid complexity and change?
- How do we bring people across roles together in more connected and equitable ways?
- How do we move beyond top-down approaches toward shared leadership?
- How do we create coherence across our work so adults—and children—can thrive?
LFC is a good fit for groups who value reflection, relationship, and shared learning especially when people are feeling stretched, isolated, or disconnected from a collective purpose.
Begin a Conversation
Partnering with LFC begins with a conversation. Reaching out doesn’t require a fully formed plan or a commitment—only curiosity and an interest in exploring what might be possible together.
This first step is simply an opportunity to share a bit about your context and the questions you’re holding. From there, we can determine whether a partnership feels like the right next step—for both of us.
We partner with families, educators, community organizations, employers, and systems that support young children.
