Introductory Workshop – to build awareness

Ranging from 90 minutes to 6 hours in duration, these immersive sessions build awareness about the Humanity First Model.

In-person and virtual workshops for diverse groups of adults to build awareness about the problem/solution and offer strategies for self-empowerment and effective collaboration. These workshops vary in length from 1 hour to 2 days. The size of the groups can be anywhere from 10 people to indefinite. This service also includes giving keynote presentations and sessions at state and national conferences.

Book Study Groups – to promote exploration

Either 7 or 12 interactive conversations focused on the Humanity First Tools ( 5 Commitments or 11 Simple Rules) designed to promote exploration and collective understanding through community-wide implementation.

LFC offers remote Book Study Groups for deeper exploration into the Humanity First Model’s Mutual Learning Method. Book Study Group members refine and acquire new attitudes, skills, and behaviors related to self-empowerment, equitable partnerships, and a shared understanding of thriving communities. We cultivate optimistic leaders and thriving communities with the proven Mutual Learning Method that uses Five Commitments and 11 Simple Rules.

Learning Network – to practice and apply

Approximately 9 to 12 months of in-depth, practical application of LFC’s principles, tailored for community-wide impact and growth.

LFC’s Learning Networks convene adults who play various roles in the early learning landscape to build collective wisdom and tackle their community’s toughest challenges. Learning Network members engage in mutual learning conversations to strengthen leadership skills and cultivate self-empowerment. LFC’s tools and resources support the integration of the Humanity First Model within communities. Learning Network members forge meaningful partnerships within and beyond the network. Together, we use the network’s collective voice to advocate for children.

Strategic Partnership – to integrate into systems

Customized collaboration between the partner and LFC for long-term, systemic integration of LFC principles.

Our Strategic Partnership program embodies the enduring essence of LFC’S principles, guiding communities toward a future rich with positive change and impactful results. This opportunity invites partners to join an incredible journey with us, one that promises to leave a lasting legacy in communities and across generations.

Facilitator Fellows

The Facilitator Fellows program is rooted in the core belief that systems are comprised of people who hold the wisdom, skills, and right to  shape the strategies applied to reach and sustain the community’s goals.

Facilitator Fellows learn LFC’s methodology and frameworks through sustained participation, observation, and engagement with the LFC program team.

Facilitator Fellows gain a deep understanding of how to use LFC’s innovative facilitation methodology, apply and model LFC’s two frameworks: the Five Commitments of Optimistic Leadership and the 11 Simple Rules for Thriving Communities.
